The Ladera Linda neighborhood is woven into the hillside above Trump National Golf Course with spectacular views of Catalina Island and expansive views of the Pacific Ocean. Located off Palos Verdes Drive South it is minutes away from recreation (think hikes, biking, beaches and more) and work (freeway access is less than 15 minutes away).
I'm fortunate to have several past clients living in the neighborhood so I keep close tabs on what's happening in the neighborhood. Ladera Linda has a very low turnover rate. No one wants to leave the views and climate behind!

Currently there are two properties for sale in Ladera Linda priced at $1,150,000 and $1,229,000.
One home sold in 2008 for $1,329,000.
One listing expired and was not placed back on the market.
With Palos Verdes Drive South corridor on its way to becoming the resort side of the Palos Verdes Peninsula, I expect the Ladera Linda neighborhood to remain a neighborhood of choice and the housing inventory to remain low.

That is a low turnover rate! I'm wondering, is this the type of neighborhood where there may be a waiting list due to the low turnover? Shorter marketing times even though higher priced properties?
