Richard -- We've taken a dip this year, but given the economy and financial fiasco--it's not too bad!
Norma - Where is Rolling Hills and what is the price range of your market? It must be a fairly small area for the limited amount of listings available. I'm in Mammoth Lakes which is south of Tahoe about 2 hrs and on the east border of California/Nevada. Our inventory is about 89 single family homes and 270 condos. Condo price range for our area is $169,000 to $2.95 million and home range from about $500,000 to $9.9 million.

Stacie - There are four cities on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, and Rolling Hills is one of them (and the smallest). I sell in all four cities. Rolling Hills is well known for its equestrian estates.
Norma the numbers are down on Rolling Hills but not by that much. Hopefully 09 will be a better year.
