They know where you work, your areas of expertise, your experience, your professional affiliations and have read the testimonials of your raving fans.
After browsing through your blog they have a good idea of your dedication and passion for your work. If you have offered enough transparency, they know your work habits, your values and whether you are someone they want to establish a working relationship with. If you've defined yourself well and offered them informative content, there is a good chance you'll be called for a second interview.
