Hi Norma --- was the Valley View Road listing a short sale? I ask because of the number of days on market --- I didn't think distressed sales were a part(albeit small in this case) of the Rancho Palos Verdes real estate market.
Michael - Valley View Rd. was not a short sale, but it was originally priced over $200k more than the final sale price.
