By the way, I taught school in Moline at Butterworth Elementary in the early 70s. How are things in the Quad Cities?

Is that your daughter's picture above? No way is that you if you were a teacher in the early 70's! My wife, Laura, graduated from Moline High School in 1973. Her dad was commander of the Rock Island Arsenal at the time.
The Quad Cities is doing great. I have lived here all of my life and love it!
You wouldn't recognize the place! Have you been back since then? Have you seen Southpark Mall?

Do you still have contacts in Chicago? I will keep your info handy (and, please, you do the same) as the Chicago - Quad Cities transition seems to be a popular one. In the past 5 years, I have had two people move to Chicago and two people relocate to the Quad Cities from Chicago.
