The seller is highly motivated to sell, but as we know motivation levels fluctuate as market and financial conditions ebb and flow. Today, it's available, tomorrow, who knows?

Norma: That price will never be lower for a San Pedro Ocean View lot....buyers must pay attention because when the market returns these coveted locations will sky rocket!
That's a crazy low price for oceanfront property. I don't know that market but the oceanfront property I do know in Santa Cruz and other areas nearby, those views are worth a lot more than $500K. Hopefully someone snaps it up soon.
Jane - It is one of the few remaining lots in the South Shores neighborhood.
