That Was Then, This Is Now--San Pedro Bluff Lot Priced to Sell!

I'm hoping the sixth time spells success as I'm at least the sixth listing agent for this desirable one-house-away-from-the-ocean bluff lot.  This time around I have price on my side.  There was never any question the location is prime, and it is located in San Pedro's premiere ocean view community of South Shores--it doesn't get any more coastal than this.

Norma: That price will never be lower for a San Pedro Ocean View lot....buyers must pay attention because when the market returns these coveted locations will sky rocket!

That's a crazy low price for oceanfront property.  I don't know that market but the oceanfront property I do know in Santa Cruz and other areas nearby, those views are worth a lot more than $500K.  Hopefully someone snaps it up soon.
