Bill and Cyndi - The Palos Verdes area is a sought after coastal location with an outstanding public school system. The views are stunning and although our real estate prices have declined the drop is much less than the rest of the country. I may be a tad prejudiced but I think it is one of the most beautiful places in Southern California and obviously many buyers agree with me.
