Norma - A nice way to segway into a marketing technique. I also caught the "sitting on the dock of the bay" and replace it with lake. I started the tune in my head.
Norma, wildlife is always drawn to that place where land meets water. It's just amazing when you have the time to sit quietly for a while and observe all the different animals that pass by.
Kay - Me too. I live close to the ocean, so a lake house would be a nice change of pace. My sister has a lake house and her family loves to spend weekends at the lake.
