I'm familiar with sellers offering a list of things they love about their home, but I think it's a nice touch for the listing agent to do the same. Thanks for your inspiration...I'm going to use this technique for my future listings. :)

I've seen this approach with sellers writing why they love or have loved their home but I am sure your seller clients appreciate the third party endorsement. Suggested.
