how many lots can you subdivide that into?
That's a good question for the city/county. Right now it is raw land with no water rights restricted by the deed. Future development possiblities are RV Park, water park, vacation homes etc.

That's a lot of acreage - I too hope it's developed with respect to the natural beauty of the surrounding area. As a younger person (in the 1970s!) I used to go to Lake Havasu with friends and go boating on the river - some of my best memories are of those trips.
