It is June 1, and I had to sneak a peek at the May and year-to-date sale numbers. I must say they are quite impressive. With home sales on the rise, interest rates experiencing an uptick and nearly a quarter of the property inventory in escrow, there is a slight shift in the real estate market's direction.
Palos Verdes homes for sale: 298 single family homes are for sale.
Palos Verdes homes in escrow: 92 single family homes are currently in escrow.
Palos Verdes homes sold year-to-date: 119 single family homes closed escrow in 2009 YTD.
Mid-year is a good time to assess your real estate portfolio and life plans. If there's a move in the second half of 2009 for you, I am happy to help with the transition from one residence to another.

WOw, a quarter of the homes for sale in escrow. Now that's a healthy market.
Your stats peaked my curiosity so i checked. 53 single family homes in escrow on Kauai, 623 on the market. Little bit different eh?
Ronnie - I thought I should spread the good news! I like to let the numbers tell the story.
Ronnie - Sounds like now is a good time to buy a home on Kauai!
Norma, wonderful stats. I will have to look at my area today. I know they are not as great as yours!
Jen - I'm always anxious to see what the numbers are telling me---so much more reliable than the real estate news story of the day
