After an especially hot August I've noticed I'm starting to grab a sweater before I walk out the door.  It is subtle, but the chill in the evening air is announcing the arrival of autumn this week.  Not only is it time to pull out the sweaters it is also time to pull out all the stops and finish the year strong.

I review my business plan at the end of each quarter (actually it is posted by my desk so it is never out of sight).  I have attained some goals, revised a few others and I have three more months to work on them all.  Out of six primary focus points set last December for 2009 four are fully implemented, one is partially in place and the sixth is languishing in undeveloped limbo.

I'm energized by the cooler air, the uptick in real estate sales in Palos Verdes and the challenge of meeting an old goal or two before it is time to set new ones.
