Pending Sales:  8 Homes are in escrow priced from $865,000 to $1,499,000.

September Sales:  3 Homes closed escrow:  Grovespring Dr. for 889,000, Plainfield Dr. at $1,000,000, and Hazelridge for $1,200,000.

Fall is a great season to buy or sell a house.  Although the home inventory is low in Palos Verdes there are still many attractive homes for sale.  Interest rates are low and homes prices are far below the height of the market--don't let this double opportunity pass you by.
