What a wonderful week it was in real estate for Norma Toering and Team! We listed a fabulous luxury home in Hermosa Beach - 3130 Hermosa Avenue, we closed the sale of a townhouse in Torrance, wrote an offer on a house in Palos Verdes, successfully negotiated our way around a few roadblocks on income units we have in escrow, moved a step forward on a business opportunity and accepted an offer on a vacant lot. There is plenty of variety under the real estate umbrella and I enjoy representing our clients in a multitude of real estate sales. No two days are ever the same.
Yesterday we spent the afternoon shooting a video at our new Hermosa Beach listing. I was privileged to 'have' to watch the Pacific Ocean's white water waves roll onto the sand of The Stand for a couple hours on an especially gorgeous Southern California day.
No wonder I feel work and play often meld into one during my work day.
